Inmar announced today that it has acquired Detroit, Michigan-based reach | influence, a marketing analytics company focused on powering the shopper experience to leverage retail shopper data to increase sales. The acquisition builds on a five-year partnership between the companies to deliver tools, technology and related services for independent grocers to serve consumers everywhere they shop.

Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage said Thursday it anticipates substantial sales increase as it is able to bring more customers into its loyalty program which is run by reach|influence.

Kemper Isely, co-president of the Lakeland, Colo.-based chain, said the company is beginning to aggressively market its {N}power customer appreciation program at its registers — signing up about 1,000 people per day as it rolls the program out to more stores, with a goal of enrolling approximately 200,000 customers by April. Read more about it HERE.
